Care Instructions:
Clean the frame, plastic parts, and fabric with a damp cloth.
Please follow the care labels on the fabric for maintenance.
Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
Do not use silicone-based lubricants on the stroller.
Regularly clean the wheels and apply light oil to penetrate the axles and wheel components if needed.
Store the stroller in a clean, dry place.
To ensure longevity and maintain appearance, wipe the stroller with an absorbent cloth after use in damp conditions, and air dry it open with the canopy extended.
Prolonged sun exposure and long-term use may cause color and fabric changes.
After beach use, clean the mechanism and remove all salt and sand.
Regularly check that the stroller is functioning properly. Stop use immediately if defects are found.
For safety reasons, only use original Joie® replacement parts on the stroller.
Warranty and Claim Conditions:
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. By registering the product on the Joie® website at https://joiebaby.com/eu/register-your-product, you can extend the warranty by an additional year, for a total of 3 years.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manuals.
Normal wear and tear includes: worn wheels and tires due to regular use; natural fading of fabric over time; wear-related damages.
Corrosion or rust on the wheels or frame due to extreme environmental conditions including high humidity, salt, ice, or snow, insufficient maintenance, or improper storage.
Evidence of repairs by unauthorized third-party service providers.
Damage due to improper or incorrect use.
