1 . Protection of personal data

Hajdi.si d.o.o. respects the privacy of users of the hajdi.si online store and undertakes to carefully protect the personal data obtained and not to disclose it to any third party without consent or use it otherwise than exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, except in cases where such data would be requested by a competent state authority with a legal basis for doing so, and in the event of suspected abuse in business operations by a website user.

Hajdi.si d.o.o. may disclose data only to a contractual data processor. We will therefore entrust the delivery service GLS Slovenia with the user’s name and surname, delivery address, telephone number and email address.

High security standards: The hajdi.si website uses the SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) for data transmission. The user is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password and appropriate software (antivirus) protection of their computer. The personal data collection is registered on the website of the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).

Purpose of data processing
