Joie® i-Spin™ Multiway i-Size (40–125 cm) – Thunder is an advanced and versatile child car seat that grows with your child, designed for use from birth to approximately 7 years of age. Its rear- and forward-facing options, combined with later use with the vehicle's 3-point seat belt, make it a practical long-term solution for growing children.

A car seat for multiple stages of growth

The Joie i-Spin Multiway i-Size can be used throughout several stages of your child's development:

• 40–105 cm: rear-facing with the 5-point harness, approximately from birth to 4 years or up to 18.5 kg.
• 76–105 cm: forward-facing with the 5-point harness, approximately from 15 months to 4 years.
• 100–125 cm: forward-facing using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt, approximately from 3 to 7 years or up to 25 kg. 

This makes it possible to use one car seat through several important stages of your child's growth.

Rotating ISOFIX base

The car seat features an integrated rotating ISOFIX base for stable installation in the vehicle. Additional anti-tip protection provides extra stability.

The Simple Swivel™ system makes rotating the seat easy, with the control positioned on an easily accessible part of the base. The seat can be rotated with one hand, making it easier to place your child in the car seat and secure the harness.

VeriFit™ for correct installation

VeriFit™ technology helps parents install the car seat correctly. Audible and visual indicators confirm correct installation and help reduce the risk of incorrect fitting.

Advanced side-impact protection

The Guard Surround Safety™ system provides additional protection for the child's head, body and hips. The removable protective elements can be attached to either side of the seat and provide additional protection in the event of a side impact.

The Tri-Protect™ headrest features three layers of protection, including energy-absorbing Intelli-Fit™ memory foam, providing additional protection for the child's head and neck.

6 recline positions

The car seat provides 6 recline positions in both rear-facing and forward-facing modes, allowing the seating position to be easily adjusted for comfortable sitting, resting or sleeping.

Grow Together™ – grows with your child

The Grow Together™ system allows the headrest to be adjusted through 7 different height positions, helping the car seat adapt as your child grows.

For newborns and smaller babies, the included 3-piece Grow-with-me™ infant insert provides support for the baby's head and body and helps create a suitable seating position. The insert can be removed as your child grows.

Comfort and breathability

Breathable materials and ventilation openings on the sides improve airflow and help maintain a comfortable temperature during journeys. Soft padding and pleasant fabrics provide additional comfort.

The cover is removable and machine washable at up to 30 °C, making everyday cleaning and maintenance easy.
